First impression – the device looks absolutely stunning.

There has been a lot of discussion about what kind of use space an Apple tablet could take between an iPhone and a laptop. I think this questions will be answered over the coming months by some amazing new applications for the iPad.

Thanks for taking interest! We think you should know exactly who you do business with, so we’d like to summarize some of our achievements for you:

- Our apps have been downloaded over 60,000 times
- Our apps are used about 20,000 times a day
- We’ve had 4 apps in Israel’s 10 most downloaded apps lists (both paid and free)
- Israel Radio is the #1 paid app in Israel for over 4 months – it’s also the app that has generated the largest income.
- yad2 became the #2 most downloaded app within 48 hours of it’s release

Update (13.1.10): version 2.0 is in development and will include location based search and other great new features.

yad2 is Israel’s third largest internet business. It serves close to half a million classified ads and has millions of visitors a month. Finding stuff on yad2 involves entering quite a bit of information, which is usually awful on mobile phones. Our challenge then was to implement a comfortable, intuitive search interface which gets result fast.

Here’s a concept sketch of the search screen we eventually came up with. Tap the parameter name you want to edit (like ‘Area’), and flick the scrollwheel to the desired value. The parameter cell visually reinforces the selected value (‘Tel Aviv’ in this case). Simple!

Israel Radio is the most successful commercial application in Israel. After 4 months at the top of the charts, the app has an install base of tens of thousands of users. Israel Radio is a great example of work we love – turning an idea into a successful product. Our client’s wish was simple: let Israelis listen to the radio on their iPhones. The rest was up to us.

Timebridge for iPhone

With half a million users and growing fast, Timebridge decided to strategically focus on the iPhone. Here was the platform they’ve been waiting for – a handheld computer in every meeting.
